If someone has puppies and cannot show you the parents or at least one of the parents, then ask yourself, where did those puppies actually come from?
Non AKC registered pups

Wants to meet you somewhere other than their home
How can anyone trust what a person says, when they won't allow you to see where the pup has been raised
Does NO health testing
There is no valid reason to omit testing of any dogs that are used in a breeding program.
If a breeder is in it for the right reasons then health is a major factor that will not be overlooked.
